A short period of time when I decided to learn a new skill and give ceramics a go.
It may be something that pops up within my practice in the future.
Coil Building
Vessels created by rolling and layering coils of clay over eachother and smoothing over the surface.
Slab Building
Vessels created by rolling out terracotta clay to 1cm thick, then cutting out the shapes for the vessel and joining with the scratch and slip method.
Slip Casting
Created by pouring slip into a plaster mould removing the excess to leave a hollow detailed vessel.
Finished vessels from this process of learning ceramic techniques.
